By accessing or using GO League, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

To use GO League, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid Discord account
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding fishing
• Have valid fishing licenses as required by your jurisdiction

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your account information up to date
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

When participating in tournaments, you agree to:

• Follow all tournament-specific rules and guidelines
• Submit only legitimate catches made during the tournament period
• Include your verification code in all submissions
• Provide accurate measurements and documentation
• Practice catch and release where required
• Accept the decisions of tournament administrators

All catch submissions must be legitimate and accurately documented. Submissions may be rejected for:

• Missing or unclear verification code
• Inaccurate or falsified measurements
• Photos or videos that do not meet submission requirements
• Catches made outside the tournament period
• Fish species not eligible for the tournament

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent catch information
• Use someone else's verification code without authorization
• Manipulate photos or videos to misrepresent catches
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Violate any applicable fishing regulations or laws

Content creators may designate moderators to submit catches on their behalf. Moderators must:

• Only submit catches with explicit authorization
• Use the creator's verification code properly
• Follow all submission guidelines

Creators are responsible for the actions of their moderators.

By submitting photos and videos to GO League, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share this content for platform operations, including leaderboards, profiles, and promotional materials.

You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.

GO League is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free platform access
• Accuracy of leaderboard calculations
• Availability of specific tournaments

GO League and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the platform experience for other users.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
