Frequently Asked Questions

What if my submission is rejected?
You'll receive a notification with the reason. Common issues include unclear verification code, fish not properly on the measuring tool, or video not showing the scale clearly. You can submit another catch!
Can I join multiple tournaments at once?
Yes! You can participate in as many tournaments as you want, as long as they're open to your region.
How do tiebreakers work?
If two anglers have the same total score, the tiebreaker is total number of catches. More catches wins!
How do I link my streaming accounts?
Go to your Account page and click 'Link' next to each platform (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Kick). Your primary platform will be displayed on leaderboards.
What platforms does the chatbot support?
Currently Twitch and Kick are fully supported. YouTube and TikTok support is coming soon. Connect from your Dashboard → Chatbot.
